Shipping policy

We currently offer Ground Advantage and Priority shipping, on orders through USPS. Prices on those will vary depending on the weight of your package and how far you are located from our headquarters in Macon, GA. 

Clark House Originals is not responsible for shipping delays or issues that are beyond its control through USPS. The customer will need to reach out to USPS with their tracking number to open a claim for any packages not received, running late, or packages that say delivered and you did not receive

*Ground Advantage

Orders with ground shipping typically take 1-3  business days to be processed and shipped. Once orders have shipped, they should arrive at your shipping address within 2-8  business days depending on your location.  During sales and holidays, we sometimes experience a higher volume of orders, and shipping time may exceed the expected processing time. 

*Priority Shipping

Orders with priority shipping typically take 1-3  business days to be processed and shipped. Once orders have shipped, they should arrive at your shipping address within 1-5 business days depending on your location.  During sales and holidays, we sometimes experience a higher volume of orders, and shipping time may exceed the expected processing time.

*Tracking your order

A tracking number will be provided via email when your order ships. Please allow 24-48 hours for USPS to update their system. If you check it before that time frame, tracking may not be available. 

FAQS:

* PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS! ONCE AN ORDER IS SHIPPED, YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR US TO RESHIP IT THE SECOND TIME IF YOU PROVIDED THE WRONG ADDRESS.

* ONCE AN ORDER HAS SHIPPED, IF IT IS LOST IN TRANSIT, YOU MUST CONTACT USPS AND FILE A CLAIM. YOU WILL NEED TO PROVIDE THEM WITH THE TRACKING NUMBER THAT WAS EMAILED TO YOU WHEN THE ORDER WAS SHIPPED.

* WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS ARE EXCLUDED FROM THE PROCESS AND SHIPPING TIMES, SO PLEASE REMEMBER THAT WHEN CHOOSING YOUR SHIPPING METHOD. 

*DELIVERY DATES CAN FLUCTUATE FOR GROUND AND PRIOROTY - AND THE EXPECTED DELIVERY DATES ARE JUST ESTIMATES.
